By placing an artist booking with DJs On Demand, you are agreeing to our full terms or business and conditions.
We reserve the right to change our terms or business and conditions without notice at any time. By continuing to use our service you are deemed to have accepted such changes.
If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions in this agreement then you must stop using our services immediately.
A contract only exists when DJs On Demand accept your booking. We reserve the right to decline your booking or to withdraw services at any time without notice. We accept no liability for refusing to accept your order or withdrawing services.
All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. We accept no liability for changing any prices.
All content on this site is the property of DJs On Demand. Unauthorised copying is not permitted.
Payments
Payment for all bookings will be taken prior to the provision of any services. Typically 100% (Full payment in advance) before the booking date. Failure to pay your full balance before the event date after a number of reminders and prompts will result in booking cancelation.
All payments are received via an online invoice payable upon immediate receipt. Payments may be made by BACS transfers, credit or debit card, and via PayPal. Cash payments are not permitted in any circumstance.
We check every booking that we receive to ensure that the most appropriate service has been ordered. On the rare occasion that the wrong level of service has been ordered we will contact you to advise you and discuss amending your order to the correct service.
Similarly, if your requirements are particularly complex or of a highly technical nature we may need to offer you a bespoke level of service. To ensure that we allocate the appropriate resources in these circumstances we will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and advise you of any additional costs. Should you not wish to continue with your order at this stage we may offer you a full refund.
Every effort is taken to ensure the accuracy of the information in this website. DJs On Demand offer information as advice only and do not accept any liabilities arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any of the information on the website supplied by you, any other user or any other person.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
The agreement of the DJ to perform is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control.
If such circumstances arise, the contracted performance fee shall still be paid in full (No exceptions). Promoter / Event Organiser agrees that in all circumstances, the Artiste shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that the Artiste shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract. All deposits are non-refundable unless the DJ cancels the engagement.
No performance of the engagement shall be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted from the place of performance, in any manner, or any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific written agreement with the Artiste relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction, or transmission. Pictures and videotape of the event are permitted for the private use of the contracting party only.
The Artiste reserves the right to cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event, if such a cancellation shall occur, it will be done in writing, and the Artiste will refund any deposit(s) to the Promoter / Event Manager within 7 working days.
The Promoter / Event Manager agrees that this contract is not subject to cancellation unless both parties have agreed to such cancellation in writing. In the event the Promoter / Event Manager breaches the contract, he or she shall pay the Artiste the amount set forth above as “Wage agreed upon” (Non-Refundable Deposit).
The Promoter shall be held liable for any injury or damages to the DJ, or property of the DJ, while on the premises of said engagement, if damage is caused by Promoter / Event Manager or guest, members of his / her organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.
For outdoor performances, Promoter shall provide overhead shelter for setup area. The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him / her, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The DJ’s compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
Waiver
If we fail, at any time during the term of a contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under this agreement or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under this agreement, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
Entire Agreement
The whole agreement between us and you is contained within these terms and conditions and the other notices on our Site. No other agreements will form part of the contract between us and you unless agreed in writing and signed by an authorised DJs On Demand signatory.
Governing Law
Contracts between you and us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
